Proposal & Agreement
A written scope, a fixed price in USD, a timeline in calendar days and a milestone schedule. Nothing starts until you accept it.

Milestone Payments
Payments are tied to defined milestones and processed securely by Stripe. You always know what the next payment unlocks.
- STEP 4
Build & Review
We build on a staging URL you can open at any time, with the agreed number of revision rounds per milestone.
- STEP 5
Delivery & Acceptance
You receive a delivery notification and the handover package. Acceptance is written and documented, per our Terms.
How we work
Four commitments, all of them contractual
These are not marketing lines. Each one is a clause you can read before you pay us anything.
Fixed scope, agreed in writing
Every project starts from a written proposal stating the scope, what is out of scope, the deliverables and the delivery date. A proposal missing any of these cannot be invoiced against, and nothing is invoiced before you accept it.
Terms of Service, clause 3 — How a contract is formed
Milestone payments, never open-ended
We set every amount. Projects under USD 1,000 are a single upfront invoice; from USD 1,000 the fee is split into milestones. There is no open payment field anywhere in our system — you never enter an amount yourself.

Secure payments, no card details on our site
Every invoice is paid on a payment page hosted by Stripe. Card details are entered only on Stripe's own pages. We never see, handle, transmit or store your card number, and there is no card form anywhere on udayanit.com.

30-day warranty on delivered work
For thirty calendar days from acceptance, each deliverable is warranted to operate substantially as described in the accepted proposal. Report a defect in that period and we correct it at no charge. It is a remedy of repair, not of refund.
